Today my baby is 5! I cannot believe it where have the last five years gone? I have no more babies in the house!
Five years ago today in Korea a sweet little boy was born. Five years ago today little did we know the joy that was awaiting us!
You make our lives brighter! Our days are happier and full of laughter! You have grown so much in the past year. You are smart and quick to learn. You have a love for flowers, worms, ladybugs and cowboys and baking and cooking! You always want to help out. I cannot be in the kitchen without you asking to help me cook or bake something. You love to do dangerous things that frighten me! Jumping off of the top bunk bed! You have no fear except of most bugs.
Everyday you bring me a flower to put in a vase. You love to look for those worms under the bricks in the backyard and you are always collecting the ladybugs that get in the house.
You love to hug and cuddle and tell us you love us!We love you! You always have a boo boo and need a band aid. I think I should buy stock in band aids!
We love to hear you sing those Queen songs you love so! Although you always stop singing if you know we are watching you!
I love to see your excitement each day when daddy comes home! You are so excited to see him!
We love that you cannot stand chefs and want to be a cook. You do not like chefs because of the hat they wear!
We love your ideas and silly games you come up with. How you love to do whatever Justin does. Sometimes encouraging Justin to do things he shouldn’t. Like jump off those beds!
We love the way you wink at us and when we don’t wink back you say “I’m winking at you, you are supposed to wink back”.
We also pray for your birth family. Today somewhere in Korea your birth family is thinking of you. We pray for them and pray that they would know how happy you are and what a wonderful boy you are and how thankful we are that they chose life for you.
We love you! Happy 5th Birthday Kaden. God has blessed our lives to have you as part of our family!
