Graphic Toolbox~Review

box

I received Graphic Toolbox from Great Software Tools  to review for the TOS Homeschool Crew.

Graphic Toolbox is a multipurpose graphic software program in which you can create and control graphics.

Here are just a few of the features you will find with this program:

  • create greeting cards
  • change the tonal color in photos
  • add borders, ribbons and other graphics to your photos
  • change colors in clip art images
  • create your own graphics
  • manipulate photos
  • make your own business fliers
  • combine and customize your photos
  • and much more…

The cost for this software is $149.00 for one license. You can get additional licenses at a discount.

Graphic Toolbox offers tutorials to guide you though their program.  They also offer personalized training sessions for $65 per hour.

What we thought: I was unable to use this on my computer as it is currently not compatible for Windows 7.  Be sure to  check to see the system requirements found here. This is a very large download and you will want to make sure your system meets the requirements.   This software does appear to have a high learning curve but if you are very into computers and graphic design this may be something you would consider purchasing.  You can get a free 30 day trial. So you can decide before you buy.

You can also look over the Graphic Toolbox manual found here.

Be sure to visit the TOS Homeschool Crew to see more reviews of Graphic Toolbox.

I am using it on Windows 7...have you tried it? I can ask my puter guy if there is something one has to do-I originally had Vista, but something went haywire, and so he put W7 on for me and I have had no problemos. It is fun, once one figures it out. LOL...new fangled stuff throws me for a loop at times-
(you don't have to post this, just thought I would mention it)
Oh, and we are slowly dishing out the planet pencils Justin gave Doug...each time we learn about a new planet-he gets that one. It is fun-so tell Justin thanks again! :0)
