We really loved listening to this story! It was wonderful! We learned some history about this story that we did not know previous to listening to the CD. We really enjoyed the classical music it added depth and richness to the story.
Our CD also came with an activity booklet with information about the orchestra, music notes, turtles and tortoises, hares and rabbits, a puzzle and biographies on the composer, narrator and writer.

Hey Michele, thanks for stopping by my blog-I have been making my hubby's grannie's sugar cookie recipe (which actually is not very sweet at all) and then we add the frosting-I usually just use pwd sugar, a tablespoon or 2 (if I use 2-3 boxes of PWD sugar-then 2) of butter with water to thin (sometimes I add a wee bit of 1/2 and 1/2) and I also add at least a tsp of vanilla-then we add food coloring to get our colors. HTH....Have a very Merry Christmas~don't get too buried in all that snow (I guess I am assuming you too got hit hard):)
