This morning I surprised the boys with Mini Maple Pancake Muffins by Bakerella! They are so yummmy! You must try them! We made ours without the chocolate chips (oh the horror!) as I did not have any on hand. They were a huge hit! I will be making a batch (or two or three) for the freezer. I think I will try them with blueberries, apples or even bananas. Honestly they were yummy just eating them plain dipped in a bit of syrup!

well I am a little behind on my google reader... just checked out the link for these and OMG that website is amazing! I love it and look forward to trying these, something besides cereal and granola bars for breakfast...quick and easy on the go!
