It's Thanksgiving week and although we are smack in the middle of an owl unit, we are taking some time this week to read about the Pilgrims and Thanksgiving. Last night I made these Pilgrim hat cookies for the boys. We are taking one to great grandma later today. I think they turned out cute and they were super easy to make. I found the recipe at Family Fun.
