Keeping Recipe Cards Clean

Each week Tammy over at Tammys Recipes hosts Kitchen Tip Tuesdays. I thought I'd jump in with a tip or two. This week I want to share an idea I came up with to keep my recipe cards clean. I put most all of my recipes on cards to put in my recipe box and I find when I cook or bake inevitably something gets spilled on them or they get stained. I decided a couple of weeks ago to cover them with clear contact paper. So now I can just wipe them off if there is a spill.

That is so smart! I'm going to pass that tip on to my mom as well.
Thanks for sharing that.
Have a blessed day!

That's a great idea. I know you can also buy things to slip over them too. I have this really cool recipe bos that you can see through so you can keep your recipes protected.

Great idea but I think I'm a little too lazy ;)

That is a great idea! I'd use it if I had a recipes!!

I pretty much just make Kraft make and cheese and chicken nuggets. Those are pretty much self explanatory!!

What a great idea! I just had to rewrite a recipe the other night because it fell in the sink.

Thanks for sharing!
