
Last week we did a unit from Homeschool Share called Christmas Day Kitten by James Herriot. It is a wonderful story! Here is the lapbook that Justin did from the unit.

Here is the inside with all the minit books. We don't use the traditional shutterfold for our lapbooks as Justin does not care too much for that fold. I just glue two files together and use them that way.

What a great project. Where do you get the templates for the inside of the lap book? I'd love to do that with my students!
I love this lapbook you did with the kitten. I've never seen the fan templates in the pockets before...did you download them online or make yourself? Great idea!
I got you post about the Christmas caramels. I typically only let the caramels cool for a few hours so they are still soft. I use a sharp knife to cut them into rectangles like the photo on my blog. I don't put them in the frig to cool, did you do that?
